The only utility you pay is electricity which we guarantee $45 in a 1 bedroom, $50 in a 2 bedroom, and $60 in a 3 bedroom, even including air conditioning! The value of all these things is $150-250 a month. This is the best value around!

Property amenities include a playground, access to a 20ftx60ft swimming pool, and a basketball court. With convenient location near shopping, dining and entertainment and easy freeway access. We are proud to be both pet friendly and a smoke-free community.
